Cancelation Policy:

If you have purchased a pre paid package, it is essential to inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to notify us within this time frame will result in the missed appointment being counted against your package.

For example, if you have purchased a package of 6 sessions and miss an appointment without prior notice on the 4th session, that session will be forfeited, and you will have 5 remaining sessions.
